C apitalization: Religious and Sacred Terms

Prompt:Words designating a deity are capitalized: "God, Allah, Jehovah, God Almighty, Christ, the Holy Spirit." Religious terms used as proper nouns or adjectives are usually capitalized: "Koran, Islam, Bible, Christianity, Society of Jesus, Genesis, Old Testament, Southern Baptist Convention."
